Private purchase information

General information:

Our promotional products store is also open for private purchases. However, for technical reasons, a separate account must be created for this purpose with a different mail address to your regular account (if available). To do this, you can create a new private account on the login page under "Create account". The activation process can take one to two days.

Prices:

After logging in with the private account, all prices are displayed gross. In addition, the subsequent billing is only possible via PayPal and requires a corresponding account with this service provider.

Exchange and return:

The store operator S&P Werbeartikel excludes in advance, however, all possibilities of free returns as well as the exchange and return of products as it is known from other stores (Amazon, etc.). Not affected by this exclusion are material defects and transport damage caused by improper packaging. However, these must be reported immediately to the store operator S&P Werbeartikel.

Freight and packaging flat rate:

Please understand that a freight and packaging flat rate must also be charged on private purchases, as these costs are incurred in the warehouse even for small orders. We strive to keep these as low as possible.
